Approved Face & Eye Protection Policy
Your safety is our top priority at Fun On The Run Paintball Park.
All players are required to wear proper, ASTM impact-rated face and eye protection at all times while in any playing or shooting area.
Minimum Requirements
All face and eye protection must:
• Be impact rated and meet or exceed ASTM safety standards
• Provide full protection for the eyes, ears, cheeks, and temples
• Be manufactured by a recognized paintball brand with visible branding on the goggle or mask
(Examples include: JT, Empire, Dye, HK Army, and similar professional brands)
All protective gear may be inspected and approved by a Fun On The Run staff member before entering the field. Your eyesight depends on it proper gear.

Examples of Unsafe / Unapproved Protection
The following are not permitted on the field:
• Non-ASTM rated goggles
• Shooting glasses or shop safety glasses
• Mesh goggles
• Damaged or unsafe goggle systems
• Knock-off or imitation masks without brand identification
• Any goggle system that has been modified from its original factory design

Important Buying Advice
- We strongly discourage purchasing face and eye protection from unverified sellers on websites such as Amazon, Temu, AliExpress, or similar marketplaces.
- While legitimate brands do sell on these platforms, many low-quality and unsafe clones are also widely available and do not meet proper safety standards.
- Do not compromise your safety to save a few dollars.
- For recreational players, we recommend quality entry-level masks from trusted brands such as JT, Empire, or HK Army. These typically range from $50–$60, include thermal anti-fog lenses, and are suitable for both paintball and airsoft.
Need a Mask? We’ve Got You Covered
If you arrive at Fun On The Run with face protection that does not meet our safety standards, we offer rental masks for just a few dollars per day so you can still enjoy your time on the field safely.
