If you would like to pre register for use of the Fun On The Run Team Training Facility, please fill out the form below. Once this form has been completed and submitted, you will not be able to change or edit it from this website, so please be sure to have all of the specifics for each team member before you submit form.


You are not consider booked for team practice or use of the facility untill you complete the registration process and CALL (817) 237-0299 to reserve the facility!!

Booking Deadline

You must have the pre registration form submitted and booked the facility by having CALLED (817) 237-0299, no latter than 72 hours before the day of.

Liability Form

You MUST have a liability form filled out before you can use the facility. You can fill one out at our park, or download the form

Payment

All Fun On The Run Team Practices must be pre booked! You are NOT Registered until you call (817) 237-0299 and book the facility! All teams must check in at registration before their practice begins to complete ALL waivers, pay $15 fee per person, and get your wristbands which will provide players access to the practice arenas and provide air fills.
